LanceSoft Inc is Hiring a Sr. User Experience Designer Near Richfield, MN
The Mobile App Growth Strategy team is focused on deepening customer relationships by building best-in-class omnichannel mobile app experiences, with a focus on driving app adoption and elevating experiences to drive engagement with the app. As a UX Designer on this team, you will own creating and delivering design against the vision, strategy, and tactics for driving Best Buy consumer app downloads and for building iOS and Android app experiences that significantly improve the value proposition for engaging with Best Buy through the mobile app. You will partner with stakeholders across our technology, marketing, retail, operations, loyalty, ecommerce, CRM, and merchant teams to help solve real customer problems and drive business results.
What You’ll Do
- Craft and drive complex solutions through design applications
- Break down business, product, technology, and user need and translate them into tangible digital experiences
- Maintain consistent communication with the User Experience Design Manager and external partners on your design strategy and execution plan
- Collaborate with external XD teams while understanding the impact of your design in various contexts
- Create and ground your design execution in insights, design strategy, and understanding of the user journey
- Participate in design team formalities that may include design reviews and/or case study presentations
- Articulate your design through digital prototyping tools
- Consider your design in various settings, including platform, screen resolution, user needs, time, and location
- Explore the right tools for the right job
- Ensure your work starts with industry best practices, meets Best Buy contexts, and is compliant with WCAG accessibility requirements
- 7 or more years of experience in delivering digital UX solutions
- Proficiency working in an Agile setting with supporting tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Interactive and micro animation design experiences
- Mobile application design experiences
- Proficiency in fundamental design applications: MIRO, Figma, After Effects
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
