Job Title: System Administrator

Location: Franklin, WI

Duration: 0 - 6 Month Contract(Remote Work)

Duties:

• Provide technical support for end-user hardware and software issues.
• Create and update system builds for end user systems.
• Monitor the systems daily and respond immediately to security, technical or reliability concerns.
• Monitor infrastructure and report any concerns or issues to higher technical support.
• Create and verify backups of data. Perform restores as needed.
• Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
• Upgrade infrastructure systems as required for enhanced functionality and security.
• Troubleshoot/Configuration.
• Review application and system logs for errors and consult other team members for recommended remediation.
• Install and test new POC and demo systems.
• Provide support for desk phones and mobile devices.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Primary tools-related experience:

• Gemalto/Thales (or similar digital Identity Access Management and Security experience).
• Guardium.
• Kangaru (or similar encryption experience, Symantec PGP as a potential alternative).
• Tanium (or similar IT asset management platform).
• Venafi (specifically CodeSigning, TrustAuthority, and TrustForce).

Experience with:

• Proofpoint suite of products.
• Symantec suite of products.
• Trend Micro AV.
• Crowdstrike.
• Tanium.
• Windows Defender.
• Solarwinds.
• Gemalto/Thales.
• MS Certificate Services.
• Palo Alto suite of products.
• Sourcefire, Splunk, Sourcefire, Guardium, Venafi, Checkmarx, Twistlock, Rapid7, NexusIQ, Phantom/SOAR.
• Azure Rights Management Services.
