- Operates the inventory management and control systems, to receive, supply, transfer, take inventory, record cycle counts and stored materials and/or products while maintaining accurate inventories both physically and systematically. Prepared expired and/or absolute inventory for destruction.
- Receive and inspects raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished and finished product from suppliers, purchase order or production order and/or transfer using inventory control and management systems and mechanical equipment such as forklift, order pickers, electric and manual pallet jacks, etc., as well as auxiliary materials for the operations, respecting accurate real-time data entry into SAP.
- Perform accurate real-time data entry into SAP to receive inventory items and capture inventory related transactions; ensure adherence to first expiry first out (FEFO) policy expired materials receive proper attention and requesting departments are properly debited for materials as directed by supervisor or Sr. technician.
- Identify and affixing labels all the materials and products received perform the proper packaging of each ballot boxer shipping vessels or Container and perform the delivery of materials to the corresponding warehouse service quality requirements for sampling (request for materials to be sampled).
- Order supporting materials such as additional material including but not limited to, labels, packaging materials etc.
- (Shipment to production export external warehouse etc.) from approved inventories to local of intercompany available cost centers our storage location Including logging and preparing required a documentation including signatures follow following GDP's.
- Service quality requirements for sampling (request for materials to be sampled).
- Be able to navigate successfully in this SAP system learning all relevant screen applicable yes to the warehouse position including but not limited to material inventory queries bin to bin Transfers T and TR order and basic data entry adjustment do warehouse inventory use of the barcode scanners printers and label partners.
- Keep the work area (all warehouse locations cooler, freezer) clean and tidy (everything in place) at all times.
- State trained and current in quality system (LOS)
And To Carry Out Day-to-day Customer Service
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP, WCS or similar ERP storage system
- Intermediate Microsoft suite Ms. word excel outlook
- Skilled in operating electric and manual pallet jacks, forklifts and other order picking equipment with forklift certification
- Written and verbal communication and ability to follow procedure
- Organized with attention to detail and a teamwork mindset
- Basic 5S knowledge preferred
- Inventory counting skills
- Ability to lift 50 LB unaided
- Yellow belt desirable
- Ability to work at least one weekend per month on an “On Call” basis.
