We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team at QProducts and Services. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing front-line, hands on customer service to our existing clients and working on qualifying critical leads.Essential Functions
- Support Sales Professionals in Servicing Clients.
- Oversee Lead Qualification & Delivery
- Support Vice President with Servicing Top Cliental.
- Liaison between Sales & Operations
- Consolidate Customer Feedback
- Additional Responsibilities
- 2 years of relevant experience in customer Service and/or Inside Sales.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication
- Experience working with cross-functional Teams (i.e. Operations).
- 2 years experience with logistics and transportation.
- Real world experience engaging with Customers & Sales Professionals.
