Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury automotive sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of luxury automotive brands and models, as well as market trends and customer preferences.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Professional appearance and presentation, reflecting the luxury standards of our dealership.
  • Familiarity with dealership software and CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in sales or automotive management is a plus.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide a personalized approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of each customer.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of luxury vehicles, including features, benefits, and technical specifications. Stay updated on industry trends and new model releases.
  • Guide clients through every stage of the sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery. Address any questions or concerns with accuracy and confidence.
  • Utilize advanced negotiation skills to finalize deals and achieve sales targets. Ensure all transactions are handled smoothly and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support, including follow-up communication and assistance with any service or maintenance needs.
