Land Services USA is Hiring a Residential Title Conveyancer Near Southampton, PA

Due to continued growth and expansion, Land Services, USA, LLC, has an opportunity for an experienced Title Conveyancer.

The Title Conveyancer will provide Title Insurance Administrative support in all aspects of coordinating, managing and closing residential and regional commercial real estate transactions. Minimum two (2) years of Residential Real Estate Title experience is preferred.

You will become a member of an experienced team of title insurance professionals. Career development and advancement opportunities.

Experience in aspects of Real Estate Administration include:

  • Reviewing all incoming files, ordering Tax Certifications, payoffs, title orders with title searches, bring downs, policies; organizing all documents, maintaining files and distributing appropriate documents
  • Obtaining pre-closing clearance items from government offices
  • Compiling closing documents; drafting letters
  • Handling and processing title insurance applications and clearing title for residential sales, refinances, and regional commercial deals
  • Order title requests, certifications, mortgage and HELOC payoffs, judgments and/or other liens. Inputting lenders closing fees and generating Closing Disclosures for lenders.
  • Daily interaction with real estate agents, respective buyers and sellers, financial lenders, municipalities, tax collectors, utility authorities, county personnel and law offices
  • Must be a detail-oriented person with the ability to multitask and work as a team player in a fast-paced environment while managing deadlines with a large volume of files
  • Excellent PC, verbal, and interpersonal skills a must. (Advanced Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • Managing multiple transactions for team members for multi-site deals
  • Preparing pro-forma title policies and endorsements

Administrative duties include:

  • Efficient General Administration: accurate, organized and efficient; consistent follow-up; sense of urgency and steady under pressure
  • Interface with clients and co-workers nationwide
  • Coordinate transactions with team members
  • Organize electronic files; scanning, FedEx and mailings
  • Notary License is preferred
  • Experience with Soft Pro, Title Express and Interwoven-Worksite (or similar document management software) is helpful

Success in this position requires a self-motivated and curious candidate who is a detail-oriented team player. Exceptional organizational, time management and communication skills; strong computer skills (including proficiency with Excel) are vital for success.
