Landaas & Company is a customer-focused wealth management firm that takes a teams-based approach to serve generations of clients, providing objective, individualized investment advice to help them reach their financial goals. Located in downtown Milwaukee, the firm is a dually registered broker/dealer and registered investor advisor independent of big banks and brokerage houses.
Reception serves as the key point of contact for all client interactions, directing client calls and greeting clients in the office. In addition to client interaction, reception is involved in a variety of tasks within the office, such as:
- Maintain front reception tidiness and security
- Coordinate office calendars
- Oversee office supplies
- Other clerical duties
Candidate Preferences:
- Experience in customer service, especially front desk reception
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Postsecondary education

Starting salaries at $55,000 or more for experienced and well-qualified candidates, as well as full benefits package.
