Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Professional Land Surveyor - Project Manager to join our team in Liberty Hill, TX or Kyle/Buda, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in AutoCAD Civil3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads Designer.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from start to finish while ensuring quality control
• Cultivate and mentor technical staff to ensure long-term growth
• Establish work plans and staffing requirements for multiple projects
• Develop and manage proposals, budgets, schedules, billings, and contracts
• Participate in business development for Geospatial opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop and conduct presentations to clients and other critical stakeholders
• Coordinate with sub-consultants and nurture Geospatial business relationships
• Support corporate strategic initiatives

Desired Qualifications:

• Registered Professional Land Surveyor – Licensed in Texas
• 2 years of management experience
• Land Development, TxDOT and/or Public Works experience
• Knowledge of Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
• Excellent communication skills
