We are looking to hire a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist . The successful candidate should be, professional, outgoing and friendly with a jovial personality and a natural talent for customer service. The front desk receptionist plays a vital key role in maintaining the store reputation and image.

Essential skills and Responsibilities

• Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
• Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Answer a high volume of phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, filing, faxing.
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
• Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Receipt in down payment transactions.

Requirements

• Maintains a professional appearance (no athletic shoes, no leggings, no hoodies, no jeans, no written across t - shirts, no tight fitting clothes).
• Arrive on time and work your schedule.
• Proficient in the multi-line telephone system is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to "pitch-in" and be a team player.
• Must be willing to cover shifts as needed.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Friendly, professional customer service attitude is a must.

Hours

Two to three days during the week : 4pm to 8pm (or when the last customer leave)

Saturday has 2 shifts: 7am - 3pm or 3pm to 8pm (or when the last customer leave). No Permanent Shift.

Sunday: Closed.

Must be available during the day to train with the full time Receptionist.
