Responsibilities – Collision Estimator:
Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of damage and needed repairs
Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry-standard software (CCC)
Communicate with customers to explain the repair process, costs, and timeline
Coordinate with insurance adjusters to negotiate and confirm estimates
Work closely with the Collision Center team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely repairs
Maintain thorough documentation of all estimates, supplements, and customer interactions
Stay up to date with industry trends, repair techniques, and insurance guidelines
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience
Qualifications – Collision Estimator:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or technical training in automotive repair is a plus
Previous experience as a Collision Estimator, Service Advisor, or other related role is preferred
Experience with CCC estimating software is a plus!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
