Landmark Ford is looking for a dedicated and reliable Automotive Service Porter to join our team. As a Service Porter, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Courtesy Shuttle: Safely drive customers to/from dealership to destination when customer vehicles are being serviced.

· Vehicle Management: Safely drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a service-friendly and organized manner

· Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, escort them to the service advisor, and answer any basic questions about our services.

· Shop Support: Assist technicians and service advisors as needed, such as parts or equipment retrieval.

· Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized service area, including organizing customer waiting areas.

· Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic automotive knowledge is a plus.
