Landmark Ford is seeking to hire an experienced Title Clerk to process vehicle tag and title paperwork to establish or transfer ownership for all retail, fleet, and wholesale transactions, and more. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of automotive title processing procedures, strong attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities – Title Clerk:
Process vehicle title paperwork accurately and efficiently in accordance with state regulations and dealership policies
Verify the accuracy of all title documents and resolve any discrepancies promptly
Prepare and submit title applications, registrations, and other necessary documentation to the appropriate agencies
Coordinate with financial institutions, lien holders, and other third parties to obtain necessary documentation for title transactions
Maintain organized records of all title documents and transactions, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Communicate effectively with customers, internal staff, and external partners to provide updates on title status and address any concerns or questions
Stay up-to-date on changes in title laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications/Requirements – Title Clerk:
Previous experience as a Title Clerk with EVR preferred
CDK experience preferred
This is an in-person position
Proficiency with title processing software and MS Office applications
Strong understanding of state title laws and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
