Responsibilities:

• Ensure your team understands all steps of service.
• Ensure your team understands all of Landmark guest steps.
• Scheduling, payroll & maintaining tip allocations.
• Ensure your team has the tools to grow within the company.
• Ensure restaurant from outside to restrooms are always impeccable.
• Assist with inventory management of restaurant supplies and liquor while staying within budget.
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules & regulations, and all customer service guidelines.
• Ability to manage expectations, processes, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fulfill the schedule requirement which will include nights and weekends.
• Work in conjunction with back of the house and events while fostering an atmosphere of respect between all departments.
• Follow all company SOP's and properly use all platforms we utilize.
• Ethically protect the company regarding discrimination in any way. We always manage fairly; there is no other option.
• Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce risk of any injury.
• Communicate with the Office on a regular basis and inform of any unique situations.
• Additional duties outside of the listed responsibilities as assigned.
