Schedules:

  • Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm with occasional nights and weekends for events as needed.

Compensation:

Position Overview: Are you a Peer Support Specialist with a passion for helping others and a desire to grow in your career? This is your opportunity to leverage your unique experience and interpersonal skills in a new and exciting way. As a Peer Support Leader specializing in B2B sales, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with other businesses and driving the growth of our client base. You will leverage your industry knowledge and experience to provide peer-to-peer support, acting as a trusted advisor to prospective clients. Your role will focus on understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and closing deals that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Sales: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, target, and acquire new business clients within your assigned territory.
  • Peer Support: Act as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for prospective clients, providing industry insights, sharing best practices, and offering tailored advice based on your experience.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target businesses.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the unique challenges and opportunities of each client, and propose customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, both virtually and in-person, to showcase the value of our offerings. This person will deliver at least one pitch deck per month to obtain strategic relationship with Hospital or equivalent large group to be referral partner of choice (i.e. Time Team or equivalent) Maintain accuracy and up to date status of CRM activities.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, draft proposals, and secure contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and provide the best possible support to clients.
  • Cultivate new relationships with Hospitals, Psychiatric facilities, Urgent Care Centers, Physician Groups, and Large Clinical Groups of at least 10 practitioners
  • Visit every hospital, every shift, at least every week, within the defined territory Obtain at least 30 touches per week from non-Hospital accounts, visiting them, dropping brochures, and providing educational resources
  • Maintain Continuing Education program to provide CE credits monthly for targeted nurses, social workers, and other practitioners. In addition to ensuring substantial attendance at CE workshops (10 monthly) Ensure healthy sign up for Landmark list serve monthly email generated by marketing (at least 50)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within Inpatient Addiction Treatment and or Mental Health, and experience in a peer support or leadership role is a strong plus.
  • Must be committed to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use
  • Personal passion or interest in substance abuse issues strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of Addiction Treatment and Mental Health and the challenges businesses face within it. Ability to relate to and engage with peers in the field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, with strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.
  • Resourceful and solutions-oriented, with the ability to think critically and strategically about client needs.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
