The Cocktail Server will be responsible for serving food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests. Responsibilities Greet guests and welcome them in a friendly manner Take drink orders and follow policy regarding service of alcohol Know the menu and be able to explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests Communicate meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and good presentation, and timed so the entire table is served within a reasonable time frame Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas by clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to proper area Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests / concerns Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and bring issues to management Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries;
