Overview The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for welcoming guests to the property and providing memorable service, and to oversee daily Front Office and Hotel operations to ensure guests receive a standard of superior service at the Golden Nugget.

Responsibilities Perform all duties of a Guest Service Representative, VIP Reservationist, and PABX Attendant as well as knowledgeable of key control as needed Assist in progressive training and discipline of all Guest Services staff Interact effectively with all other departments, especially regarding accounting procedures Receive guest complaints and ensure that they are satisfied and / or compensated;
