Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. You will be responsible for performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance, construction, and upkeep. Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, and trimming trees and shrubs.
- Dig and remove weeds, plants, and debris from gardens and other areas.
- Maintain and repair irrigation systems and other equipment.
- Assist in building and installing new landscaping features such as retaining walls, patios, and walkways.
- Use hand tools to complete various tasks, including digging, hauling, and planting.
- Irrigate plants and lawns as necessary to ensure optimal growth and health.
- Perform general landscaping tasks such as mulching, edging, and weeding.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high-quality and timely completion of projects.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent injuries and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in landscape maintenance, construction, or a related field.
- Familiarity with landscape laborer hand tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for gardening and landscape maintenance.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and how to maintain them.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
