We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager for our thriving West Stewartstown, NH office. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Management of day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
• Greet visitors. Interact with clients, contractors, leaseholders and members of the public.
• Data entry and harvest record reconciliation.
• Preparation of client invoices.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent front desk etiquette, phone and email communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications – Excel & Word.
• Attention to detail and excellence.
• Experience in forestry or logging industry preferred.
