Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Lane Bryant in Atlanta, GA. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as supervising and managing store operations, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and profitability, and supporting the store manager in achieving store goals. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing the team, as well as ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions to drive results
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and ability to maintain store standards
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passion for empowering women and promoting body positivity
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred)
