Our well-established organization is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team of professionals. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Manager with excellent customer service skills. A successful candidate will be able to work independently and form contacts with our employees, and will also be a talented leader who motivates others.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and manage employees.
• Establish and maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Develop customer loyalty programs.
• Oversee the completion of legal documentation.
• Manage customer complaints.
• Supervise the operations of a retail store.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
