Award-winning residential remodeling company, Lane Homes & Remodeling, is looking for a skilled, multi-talented individual for this Superintendent position.
Responsibilities:
- Meetings with the client and ensuring the jobsites are prepared for construction
- Opening and closing all projects daily
- Overseeing daily construction activities to ensure compliance with contract documents
- Maintaining jobsite cleanliness and organization
- Coordinating county/city/engineer inspections
- Coordinating subcontractors and in-house labor schedules with project manager
- Documenting daily activities
- Procuring materials as needed
- Enforcing safety protocols
- Managing material deliveries and inventory
- Maintaining company equipment
- Tracking in-house labor costs
- Tracking hours for subcontractors
- Authorize timesheets from in-house labor
Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in use of BuilderTrend project management software is recommended
- Able to build strong relationships with subcontractors and field labor
- Shows proven ability to supervise subcontractors and field labor
- Excels at organization, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting
- Minimum five years of project supervision experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities to accomplish company goals
- Must be both proactive and assertive to accomplish company goals
- Proper communication skills with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
