The Customer Care Specialist will work from our Fountain Inn, SC location and will report to the Office Manager. This position is responsible for invoicing customers and quoting service contracts. Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and has the ability to research and resolve customer issues.
