This busy and growing Endocrinology practice is looking for a highly-organized, outgoing and friendly person to serve as a Front Desk Associate in its West End office. Applicants must be a team player and have the ability to multi-task.
This position will be responsible for:
- greeting patients
- check-in/check-out
- scheduling appointments
- taking co-pays
- answering phones
- pre-authorizations
- managing referrals
- entering demographics
- other general office duties as required
- Prior medical office experience, preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus
