Commonwealth Primary Care, Inc. is seeking a Physician for a part-time position (16 -24 hours per week) in our Extended Care location. The weekday hours 9 am to 5pm. Weekend hours are 9am to 2pm. Our Extended care providers are scheduled for 2 weekend shifts per month.

Summary of Duties- Physician

The ideal candidate is someone who has interest in practicing in an independent physician practice model with a high degree of attention to developing strong patient relationships and focusing on quality medicine.

· Engage in direct patient care by: Performing physical, mental status, and medical history examinations, and recording findings

· Ordering and interpreting laboratory studies and examinations to determine treatment, and ordering medication and other forms of treatment.

Qualifications

· Board Eligible or Certification.

· Experience in a Primary Care setting preferred.
