Lango is growing! We are seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to join our team in Austin, TX. This role will report to the Controller and will be an integral part of the Finance org’s Accounting operations as the business continues to grow and evolve. The ideal candidate will have expertise with general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliation, accruals, monthly closing, and to/from transactions between multiple entities.

Responsibilities:
-Payments and payables application
-Reconciliation of payroll, banks, accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and properly recorded
- Month-end closing and accruals
- Assist with regulatory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations, as well as working with team for the successful integration of new companies
-Support Controller and Accounting team as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software QBOA and Bill.com
- 5 years or more experience in fast-paced high transaction volume environment
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
