Foreclosure Specialist

Responsibilities:
-Manage the entire foreclosure process from start to finish

Initiating foreclosure proceedings, coordinating with attorneys, and scheduling foreclosure auctions.

Prepare and review all documentation related to the foreclosure process, including Notices of Default, foreclosure petitions and auction notices.

Conduct thorough title research to identify any liens, encumbrances or other issues that may affect the foreclosure process.

Work with homeowners to explore alternatives to foreclosure, such as loan modifications, short sales, or deed in lieu of foreclosure agreements.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years previous experience in mortgage servicing and/or foreclosure management.

High School or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business administration or a related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of foreclosure laws, regulations and procedures

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Certification as a Certified Foreclosure Specialist (CFS) or similar designation may be advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.50 - $23.50 per hour
