JOB TITLE: Server - Sidney's DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage - Sidney’s REPORTS TO: Sidney’s Supervisor & Manager FLSA STATUS: Part-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt Job OverviewSidney's Servers are restaurant professionals who attend to guests' needs promptly and courteously in a professional and friendly manner to ensure guest satisfaction. They take and deliver orders quickly and accurately with excellent customer service. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Assist with Budget, accounting, operating procedures, rules and regulations, and overseeing the server staff.
Attend to guest at their table or the counter, informing them of daily specials, taking orders, serving food, clearing tables and preparing their bill.
Prepare and serve beverages and ensure that the car and coolers are adequately stocked.
Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and dining area
Keep all condiment containers clean and filled
Receive and visually inspect guest check for any inaccuracies, then close the check to the proper method of payment
Assist in food preparation as required
Perform general cleaning task using standard hotel cleaning products, as assigned to adhere to health standards
Abide by all state, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
Perform all side work to include replenishing condiments and restocking kitchen shelves with supplies
Perform other duties as required
