About the Role:

As a key member of our tax team, you will:

• Prepare individual tax returns, including complex, multi-state returns.
• Build personal relationships with clients and teammates.
• Collaborate and problem-solve with all levels of the firm on various tax forms and related schedules.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience.
• Certification: CPA required.
• Experience: At least 9 years of individual tax preparation experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in current personal income tax laws, ability to work independently and perform accurate self-reviews, and familiarity with accounting and tax software (CCH Axcess & other CCH tools, BNA experience preferred).
• Attributes: Highly motivated, eager to learn, and interested in building collaborative relationships.
