Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and explain menu items to customers
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment processing
- Sales skills to promote menu items and upsell when appropriate
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services with a friendly demeanor
- Culinary knowledge to answer guest inquiries about menu items
