Barbacks at LaNoma Italian Steakhouse will assist bartenders in executing service to guests and beverage production, as well as maintaining cleanliness and supply pars for all beverage, ice, garnish and other service needs. Working with the bartender and bar team for an overall cohesive beverage program throughout the property.

• Assist all bar staff in providing quality food and beverage service to guests according to specifications, courteously and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of lounge tables, bar area, service areas and equipment.
• Stock all wares and equipment needed for service.
• Assist in controlling inventory for restaurant operation supplies
• Work with Bartender to continuously improve standard operations procedures
• Maintains warmth and hospitality in all correspondence with guests
• Complete opening and closing side work checklist for shift daily
• Communicate with the kitchen to manage timing of courses, any guest feedback, etc.
• Maintain sanitation to DOH standards; Keep work area clean and organized
• Update knowledge and skills by participating in staff training opportunities
• Be a team player—support and assist your fellow team members whenever possible
• Complete other duties as assigned by management
• Communicate all necessary guest information with the team to set everyone up for success (allergy alerts, VIPs, special requests, celebrations, etc.)
• 1 year Barback Experience Required!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $600.00 - $900.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
