Join Lanpher's Transport, Inc., a reputable local company that has been serving the needs of CNY since 1977. We are currently seeking individuals interested in a School Bus Driver Trainee role. No prior experience as a bus driver is required, as we provide comprehensive training.

• Undergo training to become a professional school bus driver.
• Ensure the safety of students during transport.
• Maintain a consistent work schedule.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws regarding school bus operation.

• At least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Eligibility to obtain a CDL license (Class C or higher) with both a P (passenger) endorsement and an S (school bus) endorsement.
• Ability to pass a federal DOT physical (or 19-A physical).
• Completion of a drug and alcohol screening.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.

Trainees will receive competitive pay during the training period. Upon completion of training, the starting pay is $22 per hour. Additionally, a sign-on bonus of up to $1500 is available.

• No nights or weekends.
• Monitors on 99% of runs.
