Lantower Luxury Living is currently hiring for the position of Painter to support the maintenance and facilities management for Lantower Bullhouse, a Class A apartment community in Durham, NC. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and helping customers.

• Prepare and organize the area to be painted.
• Ensure all supplies/paints and other materials have been secured for the project.
• Carry out drywall and painting duties as instructed by the manager.
• Display a friendly and courteous attitude toward residents and other employees.
• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklist.
• Complete special projects as may be assigned and prioritized by management.
• Monitor the property for snow removal, lawn care and ice removal.
• Other tasks or duties as assigned by Supervisor.

• High school diploma or GED; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in property management.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work well with others.
• A strong eye for detail
• Takes pride in their work and does their job to the best of their ability
• Extensive mobility and excellent physical condition. Ability to kneel, crouch, climb, and crawl, etc. to reach items in need of repairs. Must be able to occasionally life/move up to 100 pounds if necessary for the installation and removal of appliances. Ability to drive to and from job sites as needed.
