LAPP is Hiring a Growth Marketng Specialist Near Florham Park, NJ

Summary: Under the general direction of the Director of Marketing, the Growth Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in identifying, testing, and scaling new growth opportunities to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies across various channels and platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
•Identify and test new channels and growth opportunities to increase customer base and market reach.
•Analyze data to assess the performance of growth initiatives, generating insights and recommendations for optimization.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success, etc.) to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies.
•Create and manage a growth marketing roadmap, including account-based marketing (ABM) plans, promotional giveaways, and customer experiences/events.
•Optimize conversion rates across the marketing funnel, from awareness to purchase and retention.
•Monitor and report on key growth metrics, regularly updating stakeholders.
•Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in growth marketing.
•Work closely with all vendors to manage projects related to company and campaign marketing strategies.
•Lead planning/execution of tradeshows.
•Full-funnel reporting on growth marketing initiatives.
•General operational assistance in content management, marketing automation, and customer relationship management systems.
•Responsible for organization and inventory of physical marketing materials.
•Assist with the development of landing pages for marketing campaigns and lead generation.
•Assist with marketing and content calendar creation and management.
•Provide internal support to the organization with communication, promotional items, and other materials.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing or Business-related field.
•Minimum 3 years' experience in growth marketing, field marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
•Proven track record of driving growth and scaling marketing efforts.
•Strong analytical skills - Proficiency with analytical tools and deep experience in marketing lead management.
•Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
WORK LOCATION
This position is located in New Jersey and reports to the Florham Park, NJ office. Incumbents of this position are required to work a hybrid schedule (3x per week in the office- Tues & Wed 1).
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 10-15% of domestic travel. A valid driver's license is expected to be maintained. International travel may be required to Canada or Mexico and a valid passport must be maintained.
Compensation: After thorough market analysis, LAPP takes many factors into consideration when determining base salary such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, etc. of the candidate. The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 plus participation in LAPP's bonus plan.
