Lard Oil Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative that can communicate professionally and effectively with both customers and colleagues. To perform this job successfully, the individual must possess a great attitude, be organized and able to multi-task. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Experience in a warehouse setting, dispatching, or supply chain management a plus! Various job tasks: dispatching, billing, communicating with customers, & computer order entry. Our trucks run 365 days/ year and 24 hours/day. Job duties listed below.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Exceptional communication skills with all team members and customers
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Contribute to team effort
• Computer knowledge
• Heavy Microsoft Office experience is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organization and planning
• Strong work ethic

Responsibilities:

• Ability to dispatch loads to customers as requested while maintaining multiple priorities
• Handle high volume customer calls
• Follow up on voicemails and emails
• Heavy data entry
• Monitor tank volumes

Work environment: Office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
