Position Summary:

Entry level position for which the ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and have strong attention to detail. Solid organization and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work with changing priorities is a must. This person must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, possess outstanding analytic skills and prioritize workload effectively.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and administrate multiple operationally crucial platforms (SmarTruck, Anova, Scanco, Verizon Connect, Samsara)

· Generate and maintain site specific reports

· Ability to track and maintain installments of software systems in new units

· Assist Operations Manager

· Learn and assist in roll-out of new software platforms

· Cross train to assist in multiple operations roles

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Expert in Microsoft Excel and Office products

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Self-starter with strong organizational and prioritization skills

· Ability to work well in under pressure
