Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Clinic Coordinator at Laredo Emergency Room. The Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day patient flow of the clinic, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The Clinic Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining the efficient operation of the clinic and ensuring a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with patients, medical staff, and other team members. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to provide a positive and welcoming experience for patients. A genuine desire to help and assist patients.

- Proficiency in computer systems and electronic health records.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred
