REAL ESTATE TEAM OFFICE ASSISTANT

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and ambitious Real Estate Team Office Assistant who can provide direct support to our team. This individual will be responsible for time sensitive tasks, inbound communication with a wide degree of creativity and reliable transportation to execute their tasks and accomplish their goals.

The successful candidate will be a results-oriented individual with the highest level of discipline, integrity, and respect for others.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all Incoming Calls
  • Accurately Input Data into CRM
  • Research and updated data in CRM
  • Create new client Contact Sheets (Pass the Baton)
  • Order and Track all Title Orders: Property Profile, Preliminary Reports, and Building Permits
  • Manage and update property listings on various platforms.
  • Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
  • Prepare Property Photo Forms
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team
  • Mass Mail Weekly Marketing Packages
  • Prepare Marketing Listing Books for clients
  • Supply Management & Inventory Control
  • Track and Purchase Marketing Material from Printing Company
  • Manage Marketing Email Campaign on Mailchimp
  • Post New Listings and Open Houses on social media, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Purchase personalized gifts for clients and CEO’s personal friends/Family members, such as Edible Arrangements, Gift Baskets, etc.
  • Oversee the CEO’s birthdays calendar
  • Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining/ordering office supplies
  • Manage Calendar: Events, Community Involvement, KW Whittier Events, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Administrative experience: 2 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
  • Adobe PDF Experience (Required)
  • Canva Experience (Required)
  • Mailchimp Experience (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay range: $22-25 per hour, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
