Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership, shift management, and possess knowledge of food safety practices. Experience in bartending, hotel, banquet, or catering environments is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and oversee staff performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Supervise and train staff members in various roles
- Manage inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Familiarity with catering operations is advantageous
