Job DescriptionJob Description:We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled TIG Welder to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in TIG welding, with a focus on precision and quality. This role is vital in constructing, manufacturing, and finishing metal parts and products to meet our high standards of excellence.

- Execute TIG welding on various metals with a focus on producing clean and polished welds.
- Interpret and follow blueprints and engineering plans to meet design specifications.
- Precisely measure, cut, and align materials prior to welding.
- Ensure consistent quality of fabrication and welding processes.
- Conduct regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting of welding equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the workshop.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Proven experience in TIG welding, with a portfolio or evidence of previous work.
- Ability to weld in various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead).
- Strong understanding of metallurgy and different welding techniques.
- Capability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Completion of a welding apprenticeship or relevant welding certifications preferred.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy equipment and work in various positions.
