WHAT WE OFFER Compensation range: $90,000 - $141,000 base salary – compensation offer will be based on skills and qualifications. BENEFITS

LOCATION - BELLINGHAM OFFICE (ON-SITE or HYBRID)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Assurance Manager is responsible for providing leadership and supervision to Senior and Associates Audit staff. Has a high comfort level of communicating with clients in a concise, timely, and personalized manner. Additional responsibilities include:
Manage audit engagements regarding client budget and financial reporting.
Provide clients with in-depth industry knowledge.
Deliver detailed analysis of findings and coordinate all analytical, technical and research tasks.
Develops and maintains client relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & ABILITIES
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or another relevant field required.
5 years’ experience in public accounting, demonstrating a progression of complexity of accounting tasks and tax knowledge, international experience a plus.
Hold a current and valid CPA license required.
Strong analytical and report writing skills.
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and auditing standards.
Ability to problem-solve and think both creatively and logically.
Proven ability to self-direct and effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple engagements under tight deadlines.
Experience in Construction, Food and Agriculture, Not-For-Profit, and/or International Tax a plus.
