We have partnered with one of the nation's leading health systems seeking a talented Assistant General Counsel specializing in Traditional Labor Law. This is a senior level role within the organization, reporting directly to the VP and Deputy General Counsel.

The Assistant General Counsel will partner with internal stakeholders and leaders advising on traditional labor laws, arbitration, collective bargaining and negotiating with healthcare unions. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most notable providers in the US.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience with traditional labor law
• Previous experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements with healthcare labor unions
• Frequent travel
• Licensed in NJ
• JD from ABA Accredited Law School
