We are partnered with a leading national client seeking a Labor & Employment Counsel/Attorney for their Boston office with 3-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background along with a passion for labor & employment law.
Responsibilities:
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings related to labor and employment matters.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various labor and employment issues such as discrimination, harassment, wage and hour laws, and employee benefits.
• Manage all phases of litigation – discovery, depositions, negotiations, and trial.
Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in Labor & Employment
• Admission to the Massachusetts bar
• J.D. from accredited school with excellent academic credentials
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and motions
This role will be hybrid (3 days/week in office).
