We are currently partnered with an Am Law 200 Firm seeking a seasoned associate for employment litigation, boasting a minimum of 3 years' practice. The ideal candidate should excel in drafting/responding to discovery and initial pleadings, crafting and presenting motions, conducting and defending depositions.
While extensive expertise in employment law is preferred, those with robust litigation background and evident interest in said field will be considered. Essential qualifications include outstanding academic records, adept writing and analytical capabilities, and adeptness in managing multiple projects amidst a dynamic setting. The ideal candidate should exhibit initiative, capable of both autonomous work and effective collaboration within a team framework. Admission to the California Bar is mandatory.
