Position Overview: My client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will handle a diverse caseload involving various aspects of insurance defense, including but not limited to liability, coverage disputes, and complex litigation. Our firm offers a unique opportunity for associates to work on cases that align with their interests and strengths, allowing you to build a broad range of expertise or become a micro-specialist in any area of insurance defense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters, including conducting depositions, drafting legal documents, and appearing in court.
• Analyze complex legal issues, develop case strategies, and provide effective legal advice.
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to build strong defense cases.
• Manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely and successful resolution of matters.
• Stay updated on legal trends and developments in insurance defense law.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Range of experience for the position can be anywhere from 2-10 years experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
