My client is actively seeking a talented mid-level associate or counsel with ideally four to seven years of experience to join our esteemed legal team. Candidates should have a strong litigation background within the Labor & Employment sector.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive counseling to clients on a diverse range of employment matters.
• Represent clients in both single plaintiff and class/collective action employment disputes as well as wage & hour litigation.
• Utilize expertise in ERISA litigation, with preference given to candidates with relevant experience.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the respective jurisdiction(s).
• Proven track record of superior academic achievements.
• Demonstrated experience in handling complex legal matters with efficiency and precision.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research capabilities and a diligent work ethic.
