Position: Paralegal

Location: San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities:

• Manage the lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements related to debt financing and equipment leasing.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout the contract process.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, finance, and operations to streamline contract workflows and optimize efficiency.
• Conduct thorough reviews of contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks and maximize favorable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and organized contract records and databases for easy retrieval and reference.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience 3 years as a Paralegal / contracts administrator or a similar role, preferably within the financial services or venture capital industry.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with debt financing and equipment leasing agreements.
