1. Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in education from a regionally accredited college or university
2. Must possess a New Mexico Level II or Level III Teacher license
3. Five years of demonstrated, knowledge, skills, and teaching success
4. Outstanding verbal, written communication and organizational skills
