Our Elkhart office is seeking to fill a Customer Service Representative position. This position services internal and external customers by entering sales orders with a high degree of accuracy and communicating product availability for a large number of SKUs. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are needed. Job responsibilities are performed with routine and significant use of AS400, telephone, and email. The work is conducted in a fast-paced environment and requires multi-tasking and working with a variety of people. Logistics background is preferred.

Candidates will possess:

· 2 years customer service experience.

· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts and internal sales team through open and interactive communication.

· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tool.

· Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails.

· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure solution.

· Proficient use of English language.

· Proficient Keystroke Speed and data entry skills.

· Take the extra mile to engage customers.

· Strong multi-tasking skills.

· MH/RV industry experience preferred.

Wage based on experience.
