Are you looking for a solid company to grow with? LaSalle Network is working with a healthcare facility located in Brentwood, TN. They are looking for an entry level Account Payable/Payroll Clerk to join their team! This is a hybrid position with unlimited opportunities for growth!

Account Payable/Payroll Clerk Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Verify purchase orders, receipts and contracts against invoices
• Obtain necessary approvals for payments
• Prepare and issue checks or electronic payments to vendors
• Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies
• Maintain vendor files and update contact information
• Manage accounts payable aging reports
• Research and resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies
• Assist with data entry for payroll processing
• Verify employee timecards and leave requests for accuracy
• Calculate payroll taxes and deductions
• Prepare and issue paychecks or direct deposits
• Maintain payroll records and reports
• Assist with year-end payroll processing

Account Payable/Payroll Clerk Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree in Accounting preferred
• 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field
• Experience with payroll processing a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
