LaSalle Network is partnering with a healthcare client to identify a motivated professional to join their team. We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst specializing in PeopleSoft Benefits and Payroll. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM (HR), Benefits Administration and Payroll modules, along with a strong technical and functional background. The primary responsibilities include providing support and maintenance for assigned services and systems, analyzing, planning and executing upgrades, resolving production issues within defined SLAs and leading project tasks as assigned. The successful candidate will also contribute to enhancing quality assurance standards and methodologies to ensure efficient systems development and delivery. This position is 100% remote.

Application Analyst Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for assigned PeopleSoft Benefits and Payroll services and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring adherence to NM Customer Service Level Agreements
• Monitor, analyze and plan upgrades for PeopleSoft Benefits and Payroll systems
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of upgrade processes
• Monitor the production issue queue and promptly address and resolve issues related to PeopleSoft Benefits and Payroll functionalities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Lead and execute project tasks related to PeopleSoft Benefits and Payroll systems as assigned
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Adhere to existing quality assurance standards, systems development methodologies and delivery processes
• Contribute to enhancing quality assurance practices to improve the efficiency and reliability of systems development and delivery

Application Analyst Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Benefits and Payroll Functional/Technical consultant
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM (HR), Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Leave Accruals, ESS and setting up Fluid Life events
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Benefits and Payroll modules, including their technical and functional aspects
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues within defined SLAs
• Demonstrated ability to lead project tasks and work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in PeopleSoft HCM modules preferred
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and migrations a plus
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in PeopleSoft Benefits and Payroll administration preferred
